Brianich Consults (Canada) is the controller of personal data collected through brianichexam.com.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email address and authentication details. Purchase data: which package you bought, the currency and the date. Study data: readiness ratings, module progress, practice attempts and simulator results. Technical data: basic, aggregated analytics about page visits.
Why we collect it
To give you access to what you bought, to build and personalise your study plan and progress tracking, to provide support, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and to understand which pages are useful.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processors (Stripe and, for some regions, Flutterwave). They receive the payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site — hosting, database and authentication, payments, email — and where required by law.
Retention
Account and study data are kept while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards. Transaction records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of it, or deletion of your account. Deleting your account ends access to any active package. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, plus privacy-friendly aggregated analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.
