Immediately after payment

Access is granted to your account the moment payment is confirmed. You can open your exam room, the blueprint-weighted study plan, the practice items, the timed simulator and the study tutor straight away — there is no waiting period and nothing is shipped.

Access period

Every package includes 12 months of access from the date of purchase, together with all updates published to that blueprint edition during the period. Access can be renewed for a further 12 months at US$49 (CA$49 for CRSP®) if your exam date moves. Access is personal to your account and may not be shared or resold.

Refund eligibility and window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have used no more than a limited part of the package — as a guide, fewer than 20% of the practice items answered and no full-length simulator sitting completed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, and access ends when the refund is processed.

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window, after substantial use of the package, on renewal payments once the renewed period has begun, or where access has been shared in breach of these terms. Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full regardless of use.

Digital-goods limitations

These are digital goods delivered instantly, so statutory cooling-off rights that apply to physical products may not apply once access has been opened. We do not guarantee an examination result: the packages are independent preparation material built from published blueprints, and Brianich Consults is not affiliated with BCRSP or BCSP. Items are original; we never sell recalled exam questions.
