Who we are

Brianich Exam System is operated by Brianich Consults, a business registered in Canada. We provide independent examination preparation material. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of BCRSP or BCSP.

Accounts

You need an account to purchase and to reach your exam room. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.

Purchases and access

Packages are one-time purchases that include 12 months of access from the date of payment, renewable annually. Prices are shown in the currency charged at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store card details.

Acceptable use

You may use the material for your own examination preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, scrape or use the material to train a model, and you may not attempt to circumvent access controls.

Intellectual property

All practice items, modules, plans and site content are original works owned by Brianich Consults. Credential names and blueprints referenced remain the property of their respective boards and are used descriptively.

No guarantee of results

Our material is preparation support only. We do not guarantee a pass, a score, or eligibility for any credential, and examination policies are set solely by the certifying boards.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the package in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
